Biography
Dr. Frank Phillips serves as Director of the Division of Spine Surgery and a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Phillips offers treatment for a wide range of spine conditions using the most advanced techniques and technology. He has participated in the development of and pioneered a number of minimally invasive spinal techniques that are now widely used.
