EStephan Garcia, MD is an orthopedic surgeon in El Paso, TX who has over 14 years of experience in the medical field. He graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver Medical School in 2008. He then completed a combined John A. Feagin Jr. Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship at West Point and Hospital of Special Surgery.
