South Carolina Joint Replacement Center is led by Dr. Thomas P. Gross, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon known for hip resurfacing, joint replacement, and advanced hip/knee care, and Dr. Robert Browning, a fellowship-trained orthopedic sports medicine specialist focusing on hip arthroscopy and preservation. The goal is to provide cutting-edge treatments to patients with hip and knee pain.
