Top Hip Surgeons is founded by a Volunteer Patient Advocate, Vicky Marlow to help patients seek out second and third opinions from the right medical professionals as recommended by patients who have gone through surgery. This enables patients to find information to help educate and guide them so they can make the right decision for their unique situation.
